Imagine you have become a very minute organism and you are sitting on one of the millions pores that exist on human skin, you are looking outside the body through the pore and inside you see blood flowing through veins which appears like big pipes connecting the whole human parts inside and everything appears like big factory.
You can feel the air coming in the pore and getting mixed with what is inside, wherever it finds space it goes in. At level of atoms and molecules it is going and getting mixed...so whether you will think of such entity as some external to human body or part of it ? What is external is actually external or it is just one being...One life and everything connected but only human senses which are incapable of going to minute level gives us illusion of you being separate entity?
